Veg Futures 06 was convened by Greening Australia and Land and Water Australia to bring together the NRM community to share their knowledge, under the auspices of Exchange - The National Vegetation Knowledge Service. Exchange is a gateway to the knowledge needs of practical managers and advisors on native vegetation. Exchange uses Greening Australia's extensive networks and expertise to link practical knowledge with research knowledge, and works to provide resources and contacts to connect people to the full scope of native vegetation knowledge. Exchange is an Australian Government initiative, supported by the Natural Heritage Trust, and the Australian Government Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry and the Australian Government Department of Environment and Heritage.
